As a small, new company, we are committed to keeping costs low so we can offer you unique products at the best possible prices. Because of this, our current return policy is quite strict.
We are actively working on improving our return process to be more flexible in the future. In the meantime, we are dedicated to ensuring every customer receives a high-quality product and is happy with their experience. If you have any concerns that fall outside this policy, please reach out to us directly.
1. Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the products we sell. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will happily provide a replacement or a full refund.
2. Time Window for Claims
To be eligible for any replacement or refund, you must notify us of the issue within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.
3. The Simple Claim Process (Required for all Issues)
To quickly resolve your issue, please follow these steps:

Include Details: In your email, please include:
Your Order Number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. (Photos are required for all defective/damaged claims.)
Resolution: We will review your request and reply with a resolution within 7 working days, which will include instructions for a free replacement or a refund.
4. Items we do NOT Accept Returns or Exchanges For
Due to the nature of our inventory and fulfillment process, these sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for the following reasons:
Sizing Issues: We process the size you select at checkout, and all size charts are provided on the product page. Please check measurements carefully before ordering.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you change your mind, decide you no longer want the item, or the item was accurately printed but is not what you intended.
Shipping Address Errors: Orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to misinformation (e.g., incorrect phone number or shipping address) provided by the customer.
5. Processing a Return (If Approved)
If your return or refund request is approved (e.g., for a defect):
Do Not Ship Yet: Please wait for our team to provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without our prior confirmation may not be accepted or refunded.
Condition: All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. We cannot accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.
Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) shipping.
6. Lost Packages
Lost in Transit: If your package tracking stops updating or shows as lost, you must notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
